What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista at Mount Gretna Coffee Cottage, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering high-quality customer service with a smile. - Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks to meet guests’ needs. - Maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. - Working flexible shifts between 6 AM and 10 PM, including weekends and holidays.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-driven, and hard-working. Here's what you'll need to succeed: - At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in customer service (preferred). - A strong sense of integrity and excellent attendance record. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. - Must be 16 years of age or older.
