Job Description:
Seeking a proactive Senior Full-Stack Developer to modernize and troubleshoot a legacy Perl-based technology stack.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Maintain and upgrade legacy Perl/CGI systems
-
Troubleshoot Apache and Linux server issues
-
Refactor backend code to support containerized environments
-
Manage Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD workflows
-
Develop and deploy hands-on solutions (not just documentation)
-
Implement automation using Bash scripts
-
Optimize Apache configuration for performance and security
-
Work with Node.js build tools for static asset management
-
Monitor system performance and apply observability tools
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
8–10 years of software development experience
-
Strong hands-on Perl development skills
-
Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

Apache configuration and troubleshooting
-
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)

Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
-
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)

Nice-to-Haves:

Cloud experience, especially AWS
-
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
-
Experience with OpenTelemetry, pipelines, and logging solutions
