Employee Benefits Intern
- Learn and become proficient in the group benefits management platform, Employee Navigator
- Assist in training internal staff on system functionality and best practices
- Participate in software demonstrations and training sessions directly with Employee Navigator representatives
- Build and maintain client profiles within the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support the benefits team with onboarding, data entry, and system implementation tasks
- Assist with process improvements and documentation for system usage
- Collaborate with team members on day-to-day benefits administration activities
- Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Insurance & Risk Management, Business or related field
- Part-time availability during business hours, 8:30am-5pm; flexible with days/hours
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software systems and training others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
