HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to deliver high-quality service, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial HVAC systems. In this role, you will work directly with customers to diagnose issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess needed repairs or issues efficiently and effectively
• Perform maintenance, repairs and diagnose Roof Top Units (TUS’s) less than 20 tons, ice machines, water pumps, boilers, and basic steam systems
• Direct daily communication with our commercial customer and office personnel
• Possible mentoring opportunities to entry level technicians

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Associate degree or certification in HVAC/Refrigeration
• Minimum 2 years commercial heating and air conditioning experience
• Universal Refrigeration licenses
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle, heating appliances and basic steam systems
• Ability to access controls and make minor adjustments
• Advanced electrical knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a good attitude
