Welder Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Perform welding and fabrication of aluminum, carbon, and stainless-steel components in a truck manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately.
• Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring tools safely and efficiently.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift.
• Lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain strong hand-eye coordination and close vision for precision welding and assembly work.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow and production goals are met.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping of welding equipment and work areas.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Welder Qualifications:

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to weld aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and engineering drawings.
• Experience operating welding, cutting, and grinding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
