Job Title: Dishwasher Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas, and maintaining a hygienic environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service areas.

• Clean, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using a commercial dishwasher.
• Sanitize pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and ensure sanitation standards in dish and kitchen areas.
• Transfer supplies and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.

• Experience in foodservice and food production.
• Knowledge of cleaning and dishwashing techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety procedures.

• Previous dishwashing or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.

This position offers flexible open shifts scheduled between 5:30 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. The work environment is primarily indoors but may include participation in outdoor activities and events. The role may require working evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business needs dictate.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $16.36/hr.
