Pittsburgh area construction company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Working with project managers in the timely creation, management, and distribution of subcontractor agreements and project meeting minutes
- Collection and logging receipt of subcontractor paperwork to include insurance certificates, certified payroll and LEED submission paperwork
- A variety of administrative support duties to include answering phones, document/report preparation, scheduling and calendar management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience working as an administrative assistant in the construction industry.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills with the ability to learn new software as needed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team player willing to assist when and where needed
