Roller Operator / Off-Road Truck Driver
Dustin Nagy Excavating LLC is seeking a dependable Roller Operator / Off-Road Truck Driver for earthwork and site development projects.
This position plays a key role in compaction quality, safe material transport, and overall production efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
· Operate
o Vibratory smooth drum and padfoot rollers
o Articulated off-road haul trucks
· Haul materials safely and efficiently across active jobsites
· Conduct daily equipment inspections
· Follow grade stakes and foreman direction
· Maintain safe traffic flow and jobsite awareness
· Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications / Requirements
· Must have heavy equipment experience
· Experience with rollers and/or off-road trucks
· Strong jobsite awareness and safety mindset
· Reliable transportation
· Valid driver's license required
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
· Must be able to pass a background check, consistent with applicable law
· Ability to work overtime when needed
