Data Science Manager - INTL India

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to lead and scale AI and ML solutions across enterprise applications at one of our largest Supply Chain clients. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of team mentorship and technical architecture expertise to help drive Agentic AI initiatives from POC to Deployment. This person will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI solutions, defining technical strategy, designing architecture, and leading the team through the delivery process.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related

• 10+ Years Experience in Data Science or related field with ML/AI career progression

• 5+ Years in a supervisory or leadership role with people management and mentorship

• 5+ Years Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions from POC to deployment on an enterprise level, preferably in an Azure environment (Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure Open AI, etc.)

• Expertise in Azure AI environment with applicable Azure certifications

• Experience with deep learning agent frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.) - Master's Degree in Data Science, AI/ML, Business Analytics, or related

• Advanced certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or MLOps/LLMOps

• Hands-on coding experience
