Beiler Industries is a small, family-owned business specializing in recycling scrap wood materials into animal bedding for the agriculture industry. We repurpose wood waste from other industries into a valuable product for our customers. We believe in providing quick, dependable service to our customers and treating our employees respectfully.

What You'll Do as a Class A CDL Driver:

• Operate a Kenworth 660 sleeper with a walking floor trailer to deliver bulk animal bedding to farms.
• Load at the shop and complete 1-2 farm deliveries per day within a 250-mile radius, primarily in PA and NY.
• Run a mix of longer and shorter routes each week based on the delivery schedule.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and required DOT logs.
• Follow safety standards and represent the company professionally at each farm stop.

Our Ideal Class A CDL Driver:

• Experienced: 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience required. Must hold a Class A CDL.
• Safety-focused: Drives responsibly, follows DOT regulations, and takes care of equipment.
• Dependable: Shows up on time, completes routes as scheduled, and communicates clearly with dispatch and the yard team.
• Collaborative: Works well on their own while staying in contact with other drivers and yard staff by radio.
• Problem-solver: Handles route changes or minor issues calmly without constant direction.
• Physical Requirements: Able to bend, kneel, and climb onto the trailer as needed.

What We Offer Our Class A CDL Driver:

• $20/hour PLUS a percentage of the load hauled
• Part-time position with full-time hours available; typically 4-5 days per week in the winter
