Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Grinder for an established Oil & Gas supply company in **Charleroi, PA**. This is a **temp-to-permanent** opportunity with excellent long-term growth potential. Job Details- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts during the temp phase
- Once hired permanently: Regular overtime available, with only occasional weekend work
- Pay: $18/hr. during the temp phase, increases to $20/hr. upon permanent hire
- Operate grinders and perform general shop duties
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Assist with production needs as directed
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
