Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 02:30pm )

• Assemble headlamp units using small parts and hand tools
• Operate tape machines and sonic welding equipment
• Use wire cutters and hand tools to prepare components
• Solder wires to circuit boards with precision and accuracy
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while meeting production goals

Assembly Qualifications:

• Ability to work with small parts requiring good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Experience with soldering and electronic components a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be available to work 1 Saturday a month if needed.
