Commercial Journeyman Electrician

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial **Journeyman Electrician **for commercial construction projects. The Journeyman Electrician must have commercial experience and be able to use various hand and power tools.

Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Run and Bend Conduit
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations.
• Scissors Lift operation

Requirements:

Proven experience working as an electrician in commercial settings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Provide guidance and training to apprentices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician in a variety of settings (commercial, industrial)
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and electrical testing equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and logic controllers
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
