Machinist

Hiring a CNC Set-Up Machinist in York, PA

The CNC Set-Up Machinist will take charge of setting up CNC Lathes and Mills within the Machine Shop. This role demands a high level of expertise in operating CNC Machines of various axis and styles. The machinist will be responsible for transforming blueprints into programs and documenting processes to align with ISO standards.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm (hours could vary for 1st shift)

Pay Rate: $25-$35/hour based on experience

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in CNC setup.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Expertise with CNC Lathes and CNC Mills.
• Proficiency in FANUC controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC setup and CNC lathe setup.
• 5+ years of experience working in an ISO standard machine shop.
• Experience with CNC mill setup is preferred.
• Mazak and Mazatrol experience are advantageous.
• Strong skills in MasterCAM programming and edits.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
