Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about providing excellent customer servicewhile also having a knack for sales? Were looking for a dependable, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative . This role combines the best of both worlds: supporting clients with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to offer valuable products and services. What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
- Respond to client inquiries, process policy updates, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions
- Support retention and growth through cross-selling and account reviews
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset
- Interest in sales and building client relationships
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing support is available)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
