Production Line Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am )

• Supervise and guide production line staff, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Plan, organize, and optimize workflow to meet daily production schedules.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and internal growth. Verify inventory, lot codes, quantities, and pallet accuracy on the production line.
• Record and manage production data accurately in PackManager (Nulogy) and resolve operational issues.

Production Line Lead Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading production lines, preferably in kitting or packaging operations.
• Strong proficiency with PackManager (Nulogy) or similar production management systems.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, lot code verification, and quality checks.
• Computer literacy, including ability to work with production tracking systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
