Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to work with CNC machinery in an industrial metal-making shop.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, G and M codes.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers for precision measurements.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain operational efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Experience in CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand G and M code.
• Familiarity with calipers and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of lathe operations.
• Experience in machine operation or maintenance technician roles is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in an industrial metal-making shop with a daylight shift. Flexible start times include 4am-12pm, 5am-1pm, or 6am-2pm. Initial training will align with the current CNC Lead's schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monongahela, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.36 - $22.00/hr.
