RV Detailer thoroughly cleans, polishes, and restores the interior and exterior of recreational vehicles to showroom condition. This role requires immense attention to detail, physical stamina (climbing, bending), and the safe use of various power tools and chemical treatments.
Core Responsibilities
- Exterior Cleaning: Wash RV sidewalls, awnings, and wheels using specialized long-reach brushes and buffers.
- Interior Detailing: Deep clean all living spaces, including vacuuming carpets, shampooing upholstery, sanitizing bathrooms, wiping down cabinets, and cleaning appliances.
- Prep & Delivery: Inspect vehicles before and after detailing, ensuring they meet dealership quality standards.
- Chemical Safety: Mix and utilize soaps, degreasers, acids, and protective coatings safely, strictly following manufacturer guidelines.
- Lot Maintenance: Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining the appearance of the RV sales or rental lot.
