Clinical Therapist - Remote

Are you a dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking full-time Clinical Therapists to join our Behavioral Healthcare team, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges.

About the Role
As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve long-term wellness through personalized treatment and support. Your work will involve:

✅ Comprehensive Assessments & Treatment Planning - Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

✅ Therapeutic Support - Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy for clients experiencing a range of concerns, including stress management, self-esteem, trauma, aging, bullying, domestic violence, gender identity, and more.

✅ Collaborative Care - Working closely with a client's support system, including family members, treatment teams, and community organizations, to ensure integrated and effective care.

✅ Documentation & Compliance - Maintaining accurate and timely records of client progress and service activities in accordance with state and county regulations.

✅ Ongoing Learning & Development - Participating in professional training, educational meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of behavioral healthcare services.

What We're Looking For
✔ Education & Experience - A Master's degree in a Human Services or related field, with at least two years of experience in substance use treatment or a related field. A background in psychology and at least one year of counseling experience is preferred.

✔ Licensure - A current Pennsylvania license as one of the following:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
✔ Local Candidates Only - This position requires candidates to be based in Pennsylvania.
