Assistant Manager
Full time assistant manager for successful GNC Franchise in Washington, PA.
GNC is the leader in nutritional supplements delivering top quality, innovation, and brand recognition. We are looking for motivated, capable, and driven people who want to be a part of this excitement and continue to grow this established location.
Retail experience is preferred, with a focus on sales and customer service. Must be engaging and demonstrate an interest in helping people achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while maintaining an atmosphere to provide the best customer experience at all times.
This is a dynamic location that will provide opportunity for competitive wages and additional incentives.
Responsibilities:
To assist the manager in store operations, inventory control, and sales/profit goals.
To receive, check, and shelve merchandise.
To interact with customers and sell merchandise according to GNC standards.
To keep store clean and uncluttered.
To perform register and store open/close functions.
Requires strong interpersonal skills and ethical behavior to manage the company's assets.
Excellent customer service skills to develop a relationship selling culture.
