Front of House / Expo (FOH Team Member) – Okie Dokie Donuts

Okie Dokie Donuts is hiring a Front of House / Expo team member to join a fast-paced, high-volume service environment where attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

This is a hybrid role at the center of our operation — part expo, part customer-facing, part kitchen support. It’s not a passive counter position. You’ll be helping guide the flow of service, keeping orders organized, interacting with guests at the window, and jumping in where needed.

We’re looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things the right way — even when it’s busy.

What You’ll Do:

• Run expo during service: organize tickets, coordinate orders, and help maintain a smooth, steady flow between kitchen and window
• Take and manage customer orders at the window with clarity, efficiency, and a friendly, direct approach
• Support fryer station as needed (donuts and savory items), especially during busy periods
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
• Communicate clearly with the team to anticipate needs and prevent bottlenecks
• Help maintain a calm, focused service environment, even during peak rushes

• Calm under pressure — able to stay focused and composed during busy rushes
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in your work
• Food service or kitchen-adjacent experience is a plus, but not required for the right person

Compensation & Schedule:

• Minimum $22/hour (including tips), with higher pay based on experience
• Weekend availability required
• Morning and daytime shifts
