Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $23/hour

BGSF is hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-established community in King of Prussia. If you have a strong work ethic, a solid maintenance background, and your own tools, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values reliability and quality work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Prepare units for new residents (make-readies)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property grounds
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Requirements:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Must have your own tools
• Strong knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• HVAC certification is a plus
