A Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for customers, supporting them with service inquiries, scheduling, estimates, and general questions. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s Purpose and demonstrate the Core Values.
As a Customer Service Representative , you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email text, and online inquiries.
- Schedule estimates at customer site.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, offerings and timelines.
- Assist the management team with production, scheduling, and projects.
- Support data integrity, adherence to process and continuous improvement.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Benefits

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass a drug test
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software programs
General knowledge of the landscape industry is preferred
WORK CONDITIONS
Employees in this position should expect to work in a typical office environment including sitting or standing for long periods of time. Candidates will perform basic office functions such as typing, scanning, faxing, or staring at a screen, for extended periods of time.
