Job Summary: Conicelli Autoplex is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential for driving sales success and fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Management:
• • Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Sales Floor Operations:
• • Oversee daily sales floor activities, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for customers.
  • Monitor the sales process to ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow-Up and Customer Engagement:
• • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for maintaining customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.
• Performance Tracking:
• • Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for the Sales Manager, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Help set performance goals for the sales team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Collaboration:
• • Work closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for promotions, events, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
