Mental Health Therapist - Pennsylvania, Part-Time 1099 - Remote

We're revolutionizing pediatric mental healthcare and seeking a part-time, 1099 licensed therapist to join our clinical team. This is a chance to be part of a fun, supportive, and data-driven team that's building the first scalable and integrated model in mental healthcare for kids and teens. Work remotely, providing 100% telehealth services, and help us shape the future of pediatric mental health! We offer flexible working days, Monday-Friday, with potential Saturday opportunities.

Why This Role is Special:

Today's world can be intense and stressful, and it's taking a toll on kids, teens, and families. As a therapist with us, you'll use evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members (kids, teens, and their families) meet their goals. You'll be part of a collaborative care model, working closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers. You'll also have the opportunity to pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques and participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.

What You'll Do:

Practice evidence-based techniques to empower our members to achieve their goals.
Partner closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Pilot innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
Participate in training on our unique curriculum and collaborative care model.
Who You Are:

A licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC practicing at the top of your license.
Experience with pediatric trauma work is essential.
EMDR training is a plus.
Licensed in Pennsylvania (and other states are a bonus!).
Tech-savvy and comfortable providing telehealth via video.
Organized and excited to be part of a dynamic team.
Warm and engaging clinical style.
Passionate about helping kids and teens thrive.
Available to work evening hours.
Potential availability to work Saturdays.
