Delivery driver / kitchen assistant

TasteBuds is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver / Kitchen Assistant to help prepare and deliver chef-made meals to local families.
Part-time weekday hours (1–6 PM), $15/hr + mileage.

About the Role

TasteBuds is a growing personal chef service based in Harrisburg , serving families in Harrisburg, Hershey, and the West Shore . We're not your average "meal prep" service - we work with our clients to support their nutrition needs with customized service and professionally prepared meals.
This position combines local delivery driving with kitchen support — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and organization.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time: Monday–Friday, approx. 1–6 PM (some flexibility based on deliveries)
• Pay: $15/hr + mileage reimbursement
• Schedule type: 10-20 hours per week to start, with room to grow

Responsibilities

• Pack and organize client meal orders for delivery or pickup
• Deliver meals locally (Harrisburg / Hershey / West Shore)
• Assist with light kitchen prep, dishwashing, and cleanup
• Communicate professionally with clients

Requirements

• Reliable, clean vehicle + valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Consistent, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Kitchen or food service experience helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person
