At Get Decked Exteriors , we don’t just build decks; we build outdoor experiences. We specialize in high-end custom exterior projects that require precision, problem-solving, and a "master-level" finish. We are looking for a Lead Carpenter who is tired of the status quo and wants to take full ownership of premium builds.
Operating Area
Our shop is based in West Pittston PA , but we serve a wide client base. You must be comfortable traveling to job sites throughout:
Luzerne County
Lackawanna County
Wayne County
Wyoming County
Pike County
Susquehanna County
What You’ll Do
Lead & Execute: Run custom deck builds from start to finish—from layout to final detail.
Manage: Oversee a small crew, keeping the pace efficient without sacrificing quality.
Specialized Install: Expert installation of composite/PVC decking, complex rail systems, and structural framing.
Professional Representation: Maintain a clean, professional site and act as the primary point of contact for homeowners on-site.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: Extensive background in decking and exterior carpentry.
Autonomy: Ability to run jobs and troubleshoot on the fly without constant supervision.
Detail-Oriented: We build premium work; we need someone who takes pride in every miter joint.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to various job sites.
