Are you passionate about crowning goddesses? Do you have a keen eye for hair style and love interacting with people? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers in our New Hope (PA) location (16 W Bridge St., New Hope, PA). We offer a competitive hourly rate ($20 per Hour) as well as a monthly bonus based on store sales. Responsibilities: As the Retail Sales Associate

• Engage guests as they enter the store and demonstrate our products in their hair; highlighting the various hair styles that they can achieve simply with our various jewelry items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in hair related products.
• Highly motivated, energetic, empathetic
• Loves interacting with people and creating connections
• Strong at sales without being pushy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
