Business Applications Developer (.NET)
Business Applications Developer (.NET)
Build What the Business Runs On
At L2 Brands, technology isn’t behind the scenes—it’s right at the heart of how we design, manufacture, sell, and deliver our products. We’re looking for a Business Applications Developer (.NET) who loves solving real business problems, enjoys owning solutions end to end, and wants to see their work make a daily impact across the company.
This role is perfect for a developer who thrives in a hands-on, agile environment, enjoys collaborating directly with business teams, and is excited to modernize systems using cloud, AI, and smart automation. If you like wearing multiple hats, digging into how the business actually works, and building solutions that matter—keep reading.
Why This Role Is Exciting
You’ll work on business-critical systems that support manufacturing, inventory, e-commerce, and order-to-cash workflows.
You’ll have real ownership—from idea to deployment to ongoing improvement.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative IT team where your voice matters and your ideas get implemented.
You’ll use modern tools—.NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development.
You’ll help shape how L2 Brands uses AI responsibly to improve development speed, quality, and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Partner with business users to understand their challenges and turn them into practical, reliable application solutions.
Design, build, deploy, and support applications that power order-to-cash, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
Own the full development lifecycle—requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Build and maintain SQL Server databases, integrations, APIs, and cloud-hosted services.
Create clean, user-friendly front ends using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Improve quality and speed through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools.
Evaluate and integrate AI services where they deliver measurable value—always aligned with security and data governance standards.
Collaborate across IT and business teams, document your work, and share knowledge to raise the bar for everyone.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of professional development experience.
A solid understanding of manufacturing and order-to-cash processes (order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, payments).
Strong SQL Server skills and experience building business-focused data solutions.
Comfort working independently, juggling priorities, and owning outcomes.
Experience in Agile or iterative development environments.
Hands-on experience (or strong interest) using AI tools like Claude, GPT, or Copilot to support development.
ERP or business systems experience is a big plus; Access/VBA is a bonus.
Work Environment & Schedule
Full-time, salaried, in-office or hybrid role depending on where you're located
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for deployments or support
Travel for training or equipment evaluation may occur (less than 10%)
Why L2 Brands?
At L2 Brands, you’re not just writing code—you’re helping shape how the business operates and grows. We value practical innovation, collaboration, and ownership, and we give our team the trust and flexibility to do their best work. If you want your skills to matter and your solutions to be seen, this is the place.
