Salary and Benefits ~ The pay range for this position is $100,00 - $130,000 ~ Eligible for Student Loan Repayment - Up to $50,000 ~ Health Insurance (Employee: $48.86 bi-weekly) ~ Dental and Vision Insurance ~ Short Term/Long Term Disability ~ Paid Time Off (23 Days in year one) ~9.5 Paid Holidays ~ Continuing Medical Education – days off with $3,500 allowance ~ Malpractice Insurance ~ Life Insurance – 1x salary up to $50,000 ~ Retirement Package – 403(b) with 2% match ~$75 per year uniform allowance ~ Relocation Assistance - Up to $10,000 ~ Full support staff ~ No call or weekends Responsibilities ~ Monday – Friday (8:30am - 5:30) ~ Every 6-7 weeks - work to cover the late clinic hours on Thursday (11:00am - 7:30pm) ~ Clinical time - 7 hours per day (35 per week) ~1 hours of Admin time per day ~30-minute lunch ~ Must be able to see patients of all ages. ~15+ patients per day ~ Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments ~ Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implanting the patient’s care plan Requirements ~ Clear and active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania.
