Operator Job Description:

• Operate equipment used in the preparation, mixing, processing, finishing, and packaging of products.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate equipment performance.
• Ensure Food and Human Safety are the top priorities and partner with the team to identify and eliminate risks.
• Notify maintenance staff of complex adjustments or operational problems that require attention.
• Train fellow and new associates on equipment operation and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production line and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training.
• Comply with all GMPs for food safety and quality.
• Support quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Communicate effectively with other production operators and management.
• Participate in PPE initiatives and review completed process paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain and update shift reports in response to production needs.

Hours: Sunday-Friday 10pm-6:30am

Salary: $52,600/year

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
