Warehouse & Electronics Technician (Coatesville)

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a global technology services provider to hire multiple full‑time positions in Coatesville, PA (19320).

We are hiring Assistant Techs, Tester Operators, Material Handlers, and QC Inspectors for a high‑volume device processing facility. 1st and 2nd shift available. Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr, depending on role.

Must pass drug screen and background check.

Assistant Tech – $19/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform small electronic repairs and reassembly on devices
• Use small hand tools and power tools
• Follow step‑by‑step instructions with accuracy
• Stand for the full shift in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications:

• Detail‑oriented with good hand dexterity
• Experience in small‑parts work, electronics, or similar fields preferred
• Ability to learn repair processes quickly

Tester Operator

Responsibilities:

• Place devices into automated testing equipment
• Read and follow the on‑screen instructions
• Maintain production flow and accuracy
• Stand independently for the full shift

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic computer navigation skills

Material Handler – $17/hr

Responsibilities:

• Move devices through the workflow
• Perform basic plug‑in testing (Level 1)
• Support production and inventory movement

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or general labor experience helpful
• Ability to stand, lift, and move efficiently

QC (Quality Control)

Responsibilities:

• Final inspection and grading of devices
• Check for defects and verify serial numbers
• Use Google Docs for documentation
• Perform small non‑tool repairs when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong detail orientation and accuracy
• Experience in inspection, grading, or quality roles preferred
• Basic computer skills required
