As a Greeter and Hostess at Steven Singer Jewelers, you will play a vital role in supporting our showroom and enhancing the customer experience. Your top priorities are creating a friendly, energetic, and organized atmosphere and contributing to the overall operations of our flagship location in Center City, Philadelphia.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Host/Hostess at Steven Singer Jewelers, your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Develop an understanding of each customer's needs and desires by engaging in friendly conversations and actively listening.
• Assess customers' requirements and guide them to the appropriate staff member who can assist them effectively.
• Ensure smooth and efficient customer flow within the showroom.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring that displays and merchandise are presented attractively.
• Take responsibility for general showroom maintenance and tidiness.
• Accurately record and update customer information in our physical client database.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other staff members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Support team members when needed, contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for each customer.
• A positive and welcoming attitude is essential. You should have the ability to engage with customers and make them feel comfortable in our showroom.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with the sales team and other staff members. A willingness to support and assist colleagues is essential.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's policies and standards.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and handle customer information with confidentiality and care.
