HR Compliance Specialist
:
Responsibilities: This position plays a critical role in ensuring all new hires and transfers are onboarded in a positive, timely and consistent manner, while ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws, as well as the HR Standards regulated by the joint Commission, Dept of Health, the Commission on Accredited Rehab Facilities and IdentoGo vendor requirements. This includes managing all new hire and transfer data in the applicant tracking system, as well as the systems utilized to conduct all background checks. The HR Compliance Specialist reviews all background check results in detail and informs leadership when background check results are not in compliance with the laws and regulations that we must adhere to as a Healthcare employer. Attends and presents employee files during audits. The HR Compliance Specialist also organizes and facilitates weekly new hire orientation interfacing with multiple members of leadership. Core job responsibilities are time sensitive and highly confidential requiring the clearing of 15-70 new hires/transfers/contractors per week. The HR Compliance Specialist is also responsible for the renewal of Act 153 clearances throughout the year that are due to expire. This position reports to the Manager, Onboarding, and Compliance. Qualifications: Education Requirements - 4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Certification and Licensure - IdentoGo training and certification within 90 days of hire date.
