Requirements

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a client service or financial advisory role is highly preferred

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, particularly Redtail

· Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check

Roles/Duties:

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about their accounts

· Support financial advisors by preparing reports, processing account transactions, and maintaining compliance documentation

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and accurately

· Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and related activities

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within Redtail CRM and Imaging systems

· Ensure confidentiality and security of client information as per company policies and industry regulations

· Help organize client events and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement

· Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service

· Other duties as assigned
