Blood Donor Coordinator (FT, Days) - Center City

Job Details The Blood Donor Coordinator is responsible for recruitment and retention of blood donors with TJUH and TJU. The coordinator also functions as clerical coverage in the absence of the secretary.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Acts as point of contact for donor telerecruitment services.

• Maintains recruitment program by coordinating annual luncheon and coordinating blood drives among employee departments and students.

• Prepares monthly statistical reports related to donor activity and budget

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.

Educational Requirements:

College degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Sales background with healthcare experience. Previous donor recruitment experience preferred.
