Windows Administrator

Summary
A Windows Administrator manages and maintains Windows server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role focuses on Active Directory, group policies, patch management, and system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, AD, and Exchange environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security alerts.
- Apply updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot Windows server issues and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing Windows server environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
Preferred Skills / Duties
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
