Service Advisor (experience preferred)

Job Summary : As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to communicate vehicle needs clearly and effectively between the customer and technicians, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from drop-off to pick-up

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. Listen to and document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms. Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services. Schedule repair and maintenance work efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Process payments and handle invoicing Maintain a clean and organized front desk/workspace

Requirements: Automotive knowledge (prior experience in a service advisor or similar role is a plus). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems. Valid driver’s license
