Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Glen Mills, PA
Hours/Schedule: 1st and 3rd shift availability
Type: Direct Hire

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Specialize in electronic/electrical maintenance with working knowledge of other maintenance areas

• Follow established procedures and maintenance instructions

• Perform and advocate for preventative maintenance

• Inspect and maintain plant equipment (e.g., palletizers, fillers, conveyors, labelers, etc.)

• Complete work requests, PMs, and work orders; manage parts inventory and ordering

• Operate forklift and company vehicle when needed

• Read and interpret blueprints and structural/equipment drawings

• Repair, maintain, and install electrical systems (e.g., motors, transformers, VFDs, panels)

• Ensure Food Safety and Food Quality; report any related issues to authorized personnel

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

• Skilled in working with electronics, instrumentation, and testing equipment
