Location: Greater Philadelphia area (Program based in Essington, PA – on-site)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Alto Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a career-focused educational institution to recruit a Director of Dental Hygiene Program & Faculty . This leadership role is ideal for an experienced dental hygienist with a passion for education, program oversight, and faculty development. The Director will play a key role in ensuring program quality, accreditation compliance, and student success across both clinical and didactic instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for the dental hygiene program and faculty
• Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation and institutional standards
• Support, mentor, and develop faculty through coaching and evaluation
• Oversee curriculum delivery across clinical and classroom settings
• Drive continuous program improvement and educational outcomes
• Participate in faculty hiring, onboarding, and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license with PA eligibility
• 5+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
• 2+ years of teaching experience in a dental hygiene program
• 1+ year of leadership experience (Program Director, Lead Instructor, Clinical Coordinator, or similar)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
