Experienced Automobile Sales Person Needed

: Job Summary Gray Chevrolet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sales is looking for an Experienced Automobile Sales Person to join our team in full-time capacity at our Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania location. You will work with customers and demonstrate your knowledge of automobile models to help them identify the perfect vehicle for their needs. Compensation & Benefits This is a full time position with competitive base pay plus commission. Gray Chevrolet also offers additional benefits such as medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k, vacation/sick pay, and discounts on car purchases by employees. Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with current and prospective customers
• Demonstrate a high level of current product knowledge
• Greet and qualify customers, explain product features and benefits
• Set appointments, and complete customer paperwork and reports
• Possess negotiation skills, explain financing and payment options
• Report to Automotive Sales Manager and adhere to all company policies and standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automotive/vehicle sales
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Familiar with automobile make, models, features, and benefits
• Proven record of meeting & exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to maintain good customer deals and follow up
• High school diploma, or equivalent
