  • Family Engagement : Conduct parent conferences and home visits to share progress, develop individualized education plans, and lead parent education activities that encourage active participation.
  • Assessment: Utilize approved tools to assess children’s development and collaborate with families and staff to address special needs.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain lesson plans, observations, and educational records in compliance with program requirements.
  • Integration: Incorporate health, nutrition, social services, and family involvement into classroom activities for a holistic approach to learning.
  • Health & Safety: Perform regular health checks and promptly report any signs of abuse or neglect.
  • Leadership : Mentor and support assistant teachers in delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while modeling professionalism, flexibility, and accountability.

  • Inclusion : Works effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions.
  • Community Focus: Demonstrates a desire to serve others and fulfill the needs of CPC participants.
