We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Cities and Places buildings team in Philadelphia, PA . Collaborating with our expert architects and engineers, you’ll design structural systems for a variety of building types including research and development, mission-critical facilities, data centers, transportation, and higher education. You’ll be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality of design deliverables, whether working independently or leading a project team. With our global reach, you’ll have access to industry experts around the world and opportunities for national and international travel.

This position is Part-Time.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant buildings-related structural design experience
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM)
• Thorough knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE)
• Desire to take independent initiative and ownership of work

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Master’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis 
• Structural Engineer (SE) license
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience with Revit
• Familiarity with international client, standards, and criteria (e.g., EuroCode)
• Experience with design-build and early contractor involvement delivery methods

91,400.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

125,600.00

The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $125,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
