General Summary:

As a bartender at Jolene’s, you will be the epitome of hospitality, crafting exceptional experiences for our guests. Your extensive knowledge of the menu, wines and cocktails, combined with your warm and engaging demeanor, will create an inviting atmosphere that encourages conversation and connection. You understand both hospitality and service. With your meticulous attention to detail, you ensure that each guest feels valued and pampered, transforming every visit into a memorable experience.

• Skilled not snobby : You balance craft and care— make killer drinks, but never at the expense of a welcoming guest experience.

• Quick thinking : Out of something? You get creative and offer a drink that’s close - or even better.
• Well - stocked : You’re organized, you keep an eye on inventory and your bar is polished and pristine.
• Experimental : You try new ideas, taste-test with the team, and keep things fresh—but don’t drink on duty!

Specific Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with charm, note special requests (shh, no spoiling surprises!).
• Water & Wine: Offer still, sparkling, or tap, then tease their palate with a drink menu preview.
• Menu Merveilleux: Highlight your favorite dishes, daily specials, and take orders with French finesse.
• Check & Charm: After a couple bites, make sure everything is “parfait,” and keep those glasses topped off!
• Elegant Flow: Clear the bar between courses, set the scene for dessert, and offer after-dinner drinks.
