As aBefore and After School Teacher, youll be responsible for thesafety, well-being, education, and supervisionof each student in your care. When you join our team as an Enrichment Program Teacher you will:

• Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind
• Create weekly lesson plans using our innovative curriculum
• Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community
• Conduct Parent/Teacher Conferences 2 times a year

Qualifications

• Associate's (Minimum) or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment
