Mod Spuds is a fast casual concept from James Beard Award nominated Chef Ange Branca. We are located in the South Street neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Mod Spuds is a, casual dining and delivery concept centered on “Jacket Potatoes" viral loaded baked potatoes! We are currently looking for front of house staff to join Mod Spuds’ team. As part of the Mod Spuds team, front of house staff will be responsible for the guest experience and operations, including but not limited: -Operating the Toast Point of Service System (Toast experience preferred but not required)-Provide clear and consistent communication between the guest and the BOH team
-Providing knowledgeable and engaging service
-Maintenance of the dining room
-Support of BOH Previous FOH experience is preferred but not required, but a dedication to learning & growth is. We are in search of individuals who: -Enjoy working as part of a team in fast paced, physically demanding environments
-Have weekend & evening availability
-Believe in maintaining a respectful & collaborative workplace for all employees Compensation is hourly (based on experience) + tip share; Mod Spuds operates as a One Fair Wage restaurant.
