Entry Level Project Manager
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Track project progress and update timelines
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Help manage project documentation, permits, and reports
- Support material ordering and job logistics
- Attend project meetings and take notes as needed
- Help ensure projects follow safety and company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in construction, business, or project management a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, project software)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
- Internship or field experience
