Position Overview

Total Control Home Services is actively seeking motivated, professional, and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through residential outreach , educating homeowners on our pest control, mosquito treatment, and home service solutions, and closing service agreements.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on pest control, mosquito, and home service solutions
• Build trust through professional communication and product knowledge
  
• Generate and close service contracts
• Represent the Total Control brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism
  
• Accurately submit sales and customer information daily

Compensation Structure

• Starting Commission: 10% of total contract value
• Payout Structure:
  
  • 50% paid after first service completion
    
  • Remaining 50% paid after follow-up/egg-cycle service completion
    
  • Large Contracts ($10,000+):
    
  • Full commission paid once job is completed and collected
    
  • Daily Pay Available
  • Performance-Based Growth:
    
  • The more you sell, the higher your commission potential increases
