PA Licensed Mental Health Therapist (1099) - Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) Verona, PA

For My Good Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing practice.

We provide client-centered, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and communities in a supportive, non-judgmental environment focused on healing, growth, and meaningful impact.

POSITION DETAILS

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Hybrid: In-person + Telehealth
• Flexible schedule (Full-time or Part-time)
• Referrals provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches for anxiety, trauma, depression, family conflict, and related mental health concerns
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when clinically appropriate to support client safety and stabilization
• Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure quality client-centered care

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical experience working with diverse populations
• Experience providing evidence-based interventions to individuals, adolescents, and families
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms while maintaining quality client care and documentation standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This is a 1099 contractor role (no employer-sponsored benefits)
• Therapists are responsible for building and maintaining their caseload, with referrals and support provided by the practice
• Therapists are expected to create and maintain a professional Gmail account aligned with the practice for client communication
