Materials Coordinator

Job Description

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Materials Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA .

Your main responsibilities as a Materials Coordinator :

• Coordinate and perform warehouse operations.
• Ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and prioritize shipments to support planned activities.
• Perform goods receipt, labelling, and put-away of incoming goods (SAP and hands-on).
• Perform pick/pack/ship processes (SAP and hands-on).
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, transfers, and shipments using SAP or software.
• Monitor inventory levels; identify and address material issues that could delay orders.
• Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy investigations.

What we are looking for in a Materials Coordinator :

• Associate degree in supply chain or related field; bachelor s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or related role is highly valued (2 + years).
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP warehousing operations is desired.
• Experience using SAP (or other ERP) and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a combination of office and warehouse setting involving occasional lifting and walking throughout the entire facility.

Pay Scale:

$52,000 - $72,000( Dependent on Experience)
